1.

It is the
way an organization communicates, for example within the organization,
companies can communicate through emails, faxes, calls and teleconferences and
information outside the organization is communicated through news and how they
control their crises public companies.
2.
What is the
importance of it?
This is
very important to keep companies with relevant information about what happens
outside and inside the company, to be in communication with everyone and know
how to act in the event of a crisis in the same way to be able to communicate
within the company and pass information from one department to another.

technologies that companies have to manage for communications purposes?
The new
technologies with which a company has to manage go from the internet that is
the most extensive, telephone, laptops, fiber optics among others and its main
purpose is to be able to give organizations more information inside and outside
their organization without need from being at a desktop computer or having to
wait for a fax to get information.
4.
Describe the role of
technological discoveries throughout history.
Technological
discoveries according to my point of view have a very important role in
history, mainly because of how they have developed over time.
For years
it has been a very indispensable tool for an organization and it continues to
be so, on the other hand it is more and more important every time. Thanks to
these discoveries, companies have been able to stay informed and with a good
organization within them.
5.

importance of technologies in the globalized business world?
It is very
important since thanks to all these tools a globalized world has been produced,
thanks to all the IT the world is connected and companies are kept informed
with news from around the world and sharing information in less time and less cost.
6.
Describe the use of
the technologies in the communication field.
Technologies
have been used in the field of communication since time immemorial and as
mentioned in the video, before information was shared in less accessible ways
such as faxes, emails, however now we can make calls and in a very short time
obtain the necessary information, in the same way the video calls that allow us
not only to listen but also to see the information we require and exchange
information, data and knowledge and without the need to be within the
organization, since now telephones and computers are notebooks.
7.
What are the Do’s
and Don’ts of Electronic Communication?
The information as well as it
is easily exchanged there are also things that should not be done such as
exchanging confidential information and although there are ways to protect
privacy and property rights, the technology is so advanced that all our
information is in the cloud and many people have access to it.
8.
How have the
Information & communication technologies changed the structure of business organizations?
They have made significant
changes in the organizations since now the structure of a company is not the
same as it was years ago, thanks to technologies, the positions of some people
have had to be changed since the work that previously had to be done by several
people now it is only for one since the technologies facilitate their
management of this area and the required information.
9. What are the legal and Ethical implications of the use of
technologies? Explain the in detail.
The legal and
ethical implications are the use of privacy and property rights since these
give security to the data and information that browses around the world.
I think it always causes some uncertainty that someone has your personal information, but I think that is why there should be a regularization and very updated security policies so that this information is not misused.
ResponderEliminarThe fact that our information is in a network that people, from all over the world, can infiltrate if they intend to do so, or the thought that your information may be being sold to someone worries, for this reason I believe that we must all be more careful at the moment of giving our data. We have to provide it only when it's strictly necessary and to institutions that make legal use of it.
ResponderEliminarI think that with technology we have a lot of choices and options that we didn't have before so we have to be prudent and moral when using this type of telecommunications so as not to harm ourselves or others
