When business companies
operate, they expect to face different internal and external factors that can affect their organizational
operativity. Among all these factors, legal ones might greatly influence business organizations and affect
how a different companies operate. There are several legal factors that affect businesses in many
forms, including laws and regulations on taxation, employment, contract, securities, immigration
and many more. The law affects the way businesses operate. That is the reason why any business
should have a clear understanding and knowledge of the legal environment in which business
organizations have function because these factors may determine its success or failure.

They are a set of laws that
govern organizations and how a company can be legally formed to have its entire
organization in order and not have problems later with the law.

It refers to all the laws and obligations
that workers have and is regulated by laws and regulations to be able to have a
better coexistence and good treatment of the company to employees, in the same
way, holidays are regulated and the type of leave that they must get workers.
How are consumer laws defined?
Consumer laws are nothing more
than laws that protect consumers in case they get a poor quality product in the
same way they protect if a seller is doing unfair practices in trade so that
the consumer is supported.
What is the Securities Law?
Securities law is designed to
ensure that investors have access to accurate information about a company.
Bonds, shares, participation certificates, promissory notes and other
securities, all vary in their value and so they are backed and have something
that guarantees them to know where they are going to invest their money etc.

caused by the working conditions to which employees are exposed, as well as the
elimination of risk factors within the workplace of equal way by providing
insurance and protection against accidents.
What are taxes?
Taxes are amounts of money
that have to be paid to the state depending on what type of person you are,
physical or moral, with it political office payments are made.
This payment is required by
law.
I agree with your take on Health and Safety at work! I would like to add that I think it also refers to the way companies put in protocols that try to ensure that employees also feel like they are in a safe environment, free from harassment, bullying, etc.
ResponderEliminarI think the securities law is very useful, it allows investors to have certainty that the company is reliable and there is no risk of fraud in their investment, I see it as a tool that provides security.
ResponderEliminarRegarding the question of taxes, do you realize that they are a tribute to the government, which ends up being part of public spending, but as such it is not reflected? At least not in Mexico, that is why people end up evading taxes and this is punishable by jail.
ResponderEliminarFunny how it is easier to go to jail for tax evasion, than for robbery or murder.
I think that taxes are really beneficial to a society because citizens contribute paying their taxes so that the government has revenue to finance different public services like schools, hospitals and roads.
ResponderEliminarHealth and Safety is something that all companies should apply. There are many jobs where risk is present, as well as what we are experiencing now with the pandemic, so all companies should abide by these indications so as not to harm their workers.
ResponderEliminarIt is incredible how taxes are viewed as a duty of taxpayers towards the government, in order to cover public spending, but it is in the way they decide to administer it, they are imposed on us no matter what, it is our obligation to cover that part for that the state can do its obligations.
