What
are the key differences between management and administration? Explain each of
them in detail.
Administer and manage are different terms, but they are
sometimes used synonymously.
Undoubtedly, the difference between administering and
managing is fundamentally in that administering is planning, organizing,
executing and controlling the efficient use of resources to achieve the
objectives. Whereas, managing is taking specific actions to implement what is
planned.
Administration
Indeed, managing implies optimizing the use of scarce
resources through planning, organization, execution and control tasks.
Naturally, it is a process that requires planning, organization, execution and control.
This process makes all the members of a company work
together to achieve the objectives. These objectives are specified in the
planning.
In effect, when managing the resources of the company
must be used to achieve the goals. What is sought is to make the optimal
allocation of the scarce resources that the organization has. Therefore, the
necessary actions that facilitate the achievement of the objectives must be
planned.
Who
admister?
First of all, the task of managing corresponds to the
people who are part of the administration of a company. The administration is
made up of a group of people who hold positions at the top level. For that
reason they have decision-making capacity.
In addition to making the most important decisions for
the company, they also design the policies that will govern its operation. By
managing these people they have control of all the activities of the
organization. The administration decides what should be done and when it should
be done.
Manage
In general, managing implies applying a series of
strategies, tools and techniques to optimize the use of resources. In such a
way that the efficient operation of the organization is achieved and in
parallel its continuous improvement.
Above all, the management process consists of practically
carrying out the actions necessary to achieve the objectives. For this reason,
it is important that the appropriate coordination and interrelation of all the
actions that must be carried out be carried out.
In other words, it is an organized way of processing and
solving the use of all kinds of resources within the company. Management
implies that responsibility is exercised and assumed when carrying out the
procedures and actions to achieve the goals. Task managers determine who will
do each task and how it will be done.
Who manages?
Now, the management task corresponds to the people who
are part of the executive group. For this reason, they occupy positions at the
middle level of the organization.
They are in charge of putting into practice the policies
and actions of a company. They are always down from management.
To
conclude, we can say that the terms administer and manage are generally used as
terms that have the same meaning. However, the fundamental difference between
administering and managing is that administering implies planning the actions
that must be carried out to achieve the objectives. While managing is
concretely putting into practice all the actions planned to achieve the
objectives.

I think that there is no one
that is better than the other, the two have their characteristics that make
them important, and between the two they
complement each other but in the same way from my point of view I feel that the
action of managing entails more occupations and without the Administration
would be more difficult to manage, I can say that I understood these terms,
each one with a word, the administration organizes and the management directs.
The administration should see how the resources will be used and organizes them
while the management implements everything that was planned in the
administration.

This topic is very interesting, because I did not know what the differences were between management and administration, now it is clear, and I also see that you understood the subject very well.
ResponderEliminarI think we all agree that neither is better than the other, both are important because they have different approaches.
ResponderEliminarI agree with you, they're both just as important because they're complementary to each other and it's necessary they work together so the organization's goals are achieved
ResponderEliminarI liked your conclusion, you are right, it is understood that management and administration are the same but they have different functions, both very important, but in my opinion the administration has a great responsibility within the company.
ResponderEliminarGoob Job :)
